Valentin Beniuc is professor of international relations and political studies, and rector at IRIM. He was the negotiator for education in the EU-Moldova Action Plan. He has years of progressive research and teaching experience in international relations and European integration studies. He coordinates Bachelor, Master and Doctor degree theses. In the position of Rector, he promotes Bologna Process objectives and European education standards, European dimension in education, curricula development on EU programmes (www.irim.md). He manages cooperation, research and institutional activities in the field of European integration studies.
He had been involved in EU project as team member: Jean Monnet Action Learning EU in:
- 542439-LLP-1-2013-1-MD-AJM-ICS (beneficiary – IRIM, in partnership with University of Catalonia, Spain; National School of Political and Administrative Studies, Romania; University of Oradea, Romania, to share Member States experience in learning EU at school to Moldova’s high schools).
- EU project Jean Monnet Action Fostering Eastern Partnership Cooperation by the EU Public Management and the EU Projects Management 553107-EPP-1-2014-1-MD-EPPJMO-MODULE (beneficiary – IRIM).

He is the author of 15 books and over 100 articles.
Ludmila Golovataia is associate professor and accomplished researcher from IRIM. She is PhD holder, Head of Chair, with a research specialization in International Economic Relations (www.irim.md). She has years of teaching experience in EU Economic Integration, International Economic Organisations, International Economic Relations. She coordinates Bachelor’s, Master’s degree theses. She is a member of ECSA-Moldova, the EU Centre for Information and Communication. She has experience successfully implementing the EU individual projects in the area of migration and integration:
2009 – 2010 -“The Problem of Out-migration of Labour Force of the Slovak Republic”. Matej Bel University (UMB), Slovakia;
