Mission Statement, Vision and Values
Mission of Moldova State Institute of International Relations is to combine an academic educational process and scientific research in an effective and constructive way in order to manifest what does provide the formation of a prosperous society that is able to evolve in political, economic, and social aspects. Key issues defining the specificity of the institute predetermine a cognitive approach via education and academic professional training, research, innovation, and integration of new technologies within the educational process. The basic academic aims of the IRIM are to educate, namely, to enhance the professional impact on students, to help to ensure that student’s personal ambitions be realized, to inform the students, and set them the examples to follow in life and profession.
Moldova State Institute of International Relations, that was founded in 2003, is an institution of higher education that academically trains specialists who are able to develop effective political, diplomatic, economic, judicial, and communication activities for enhancing a significant role of the Republic of Moldova in the world arena.
The IRIM operates on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Code of Education of the Republic of Moldova, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Declaration of Bologna, international agreements and conventions to which Moldova is a party, Institute Charter and other proper regulations.
